Super fast turn around and a fair price

There was a bad storm a couple of weeks ago and my air conditioner went out. I was able to call and he and his son was at my house within an hour. They checked my system out for me thoroughly and they said it was JEA — had to repair the wires on the outside before my air conditioner could be up and running. So by the next day, JEA had repaired it and he came back by and got everything cut on for me. I really appreciate all that prompt service. I do have maintenance and I always call Spencer when I have anything going on with my air conditioner.

They are fabulous! Our AC broke at 7pm on a Friday night. The technician was there within an hour and the part was replaced and our AC running by 9pm. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They have been maintaining our unit for over 10 years. Thank you Spencer and Alejandro!

These guys are the absolute best. Whether I call on a weekday during business hours or Sunday night at 9PM, they always show up as soon as possible — usually same day within a couple of hours. Spencer Heating and Air are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST! The service calls, labor, and materials are fairly priced (cheaper than any other quotes I've ever received from other companies) and all staff members are experts and just good guys. I refer anyone and everyone to Spencer.

Spencer AC is wonderful! My AC went out right on the eve of summer and we called Spencer AC to come diagnose the problem. Spencer, Jr. showed up that day, diagnosed and repaired my AC, and saved us from cooking in the heat! So professional and friendly! Definitely recommend.

AC went out on a Thursday afternoon at Angie's. Called Spencer. His crew was there inside of 45 minutes, no kidding. They were sending me pics of the issues within an hour of my call. It was a 12 year old unit. After much evaluation I decided to replace the entire unit. Within 24 hours of my call a new unit was humming away cooling off my customers. I had my old 1998 unit removed and replaced with a new one. The technicians, Jason and Alejandro, were polite, hardworking, friendly, and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and worked hard for hours, getting the job done with time to spare. They took care not to damage anything even when my old unit was a beast and had to be dismantled in smaller pieces to fit through the door. I would recommend Spencer for Hire to anyone!

We found out we had mold in our HVAC so we decided to replace our whole system including the ductwork. We contacted Spencer and he scheduled us in right away. The entire process only took a couple days and now we have new returns in every single room, bigger ducts and everything is running more efficiently. We are so grateful for Spencer and his team. They removed a handicapped ramp that was no longer needed. They also patched and painted an area in the cathedral ceiling where there had been a leak. All the work was done very well and quickly. Giovanni was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

We had Spencer out to do some drywall repair, but ended up with so much more! With his recommendations of a wooden slat ceiling and an accent wall, our home's entry hall is now a showpiece and he did it for not very much more than a straight drywall finish would have cost. His attention to detail and safety (replacing an old outlet that could have been a fire hazard) amazed us. In terms of knowledge, skill, professionalism and follow through, I really can't recommend him any higher.

I just LOVE Spencer and his staff — such kindness, hard working, go above and beyond, and the girls that answer the phone are just precious. Spencer and team were fantastic. They came in with about half of a kitchen remodel done by family. The tile and wood/frame work they did was fantastic.
