Spencer for Hire, Inc. ("we") operates spencerac.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit a form or book online we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you provide, plus the page you submitted from. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics without cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform work, send appointment reminders and invoices, and follow up on service. We do not sell, rent or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing.
Third parties
Online booking is provided by Housecall Pro and financing prequalification by Wisetack; each has its own privacy policy that applies when you use their forms. The map on our contact page is provided by Google.
